Kyle Armstrong looked to have the win in hand, only to be passed with 2 laps left by Keith Flach. Kyle took the lead from Mike Keeler at halfway and started to gain a pretty good lead from the rest of the track. Once Flach got around second place, LJ Lombardo, he started to catch the Newtown Pools #11a. With two laps to go, Flach took over the lead and brought home the checkered flag for the night. Keith had an insanely fast car that night and he proved it by starting 17th and soaring through the entire field Saturday night. For Kyle a second place is an amazing come back from having 2 weeks off due to weather cancelations and then having to sit out the previous week due to a off track car accident. Kyle and his team are finally starting to figure out what adjustments are needed to run well at the Valley. He believes they are almost there, with a little more fine tuning and with the tremendous help from his crew, Kyle knows he can make it back in the winner’s circle and grab his 2nd Big Block Modified win of his career.
